BEGIN: with clean naiils shaped square or rounded
TREAT: with one coat of Nail Tek. Begin at the base of the nail near the cuticle, stroking toward the end of the nail.
COLOUR: with two coats of your favourite shade of nail polish (optional)
PROTECT: with one coat of Nail Tek
APPLY DAILY as a top coat over polish. After one week, remove all polish and begin again.
