How to purchase a Gift Voucher:

• choose the amount you would like to purchase
• If the amount you want is not available... pick the $1 voucher and make the quantity the $ amount you want (eg: 20 for a $20 voucher).
• The voucher can be sent to the purchaser or the recipient.  Please select before proceeding through to checkout.
• Before you press "add item to cart" please write the name of the recipient, and who it is from (as many names as you wish) in the box above the cart button.  You can put any other comments in here too.  For example... if you wanted the voucher sent on a particular date... or further comments written on the voucher or envelope.
• Press "add item to cart" and proceed through to checkout. 
• At checkout you fill out the shipping details first (name & address of where you want the voucher sent).  If this is YOUR address... then press "copy shipping info".  If the shipping address is the gift voucher recipient... then put your details in the billing area. 
• Select payment (credit card or Paypal) and follow instructions.
• Note:  postage is free for Gift Vouchers (delivered within Australia).

How to redeem a Gift Voucher:

You do not have to use your entire voucher in one transaction.  If you would like to use part of your voucher, it is best to place an order by phone:  1800 226 409.

If your desired purchases are more then your voucher - then follow the procedures below .  This system requires credit card or Paypal payment  to process. 

redemption procedure:

• When you receive a gift voucher there will be a code/ number on the voucher. This code must be used to redeem the voucher at 'checkout'.
• You select the item/s you wish to purchase, and proceed through to checkout.  In the summary of your Shopping Cart there is a section called "Promotion Code".  This is where you insert your Gift Voucher code/number.   The total will be adjusted.
• Orders over $50 include free postage.  Orders under $50 incur a $5 shipping charge that is added at the end.
